Pentax Russia launched a new digital camera: the Pentax Optio L20. The Pentax Optio L20 is slimly designed for great portability.

The Pentax L20 will not be available worldwide, this depends on the local Pentax substitutes whether they would like to add the Pentax Optio L20 to their assortment of Pentax digital compact cameras or not.

The Pentax L20 features 7.0 effective Megapixel and includes extra features to make it easier to use, including a Blur Reduction mode, which reduces camera shake and subject blurring, and Face Recognition AF & AE, a function that simplifies portrait-taking by automatically detecting the position of the subject’s face and adjusting the focus and exposure based on the detected position.
